After 22 years in the Real Estate Industry, I am still excited when faced with the challenge of helping a person, couple or family make a significant change in their life to improve their situation or realize a dream! Having lived in this area for over 40 years, I have watched the development from farmlands and orchards to a densely populated metropolis. Yet, throughout the region, there are opportunities for each person to find that special corner in the world - that oasis from the stress and pressure of the highly charged, high-tech world out there! Opportunities abound at all income levels, price ranges and for every life style within a 25 mile radius of my office!

I graduated from UCLA (Magna Cum Laude) and worked in Los Angeles for three years primarily in accounting.  After a brief stint in Mammoth Lakes as a waitress and ski enthusiast, I relocated to the Bay Area to be near family and longtime friends. Soon thereafter, I met my husband, Mike, and we settled in Mountain View. After 7 years in marketing at a semiconductor company, I took a break so we could start a family. With the birth of our two sons, my interest in business and desire to have my own business compelled me to get my Broker's license and enter real estate. That was 22 years ago and I have enjoyed incredible success earning numerous rewards annually for production and ranking among the top 5% in Santa Clara county for four consecutive years.

My primary focus is the people I serve.  From condos to castles, I have enjoyed the quest to find the perfect home for many clients and always delight in handing over the keys knowing that they have been well-served by my experience and skill. In addition to helping clients find homes, I also try to keep them apprised of the rising value in their property and additional benefits of home ownership.  My website is an excellent resource for information and I try to keep it current with information that clients seek - vendor referrals, tax information, etc.  I encourage clients to contact me when they need help finding tradespeople, schools and general information about the area.

I also work with builders for prospective land deals and spec housing.  This is an area that requires knowledge beyond the current market inventory and an understanding of the planning commissions charter and guidelines in the local towns.  I devote a significant amount of time each month to stay on top of current developments. 

Another area of interest is "investment properties" as many of my clients are parrticipating in 1031 exchanges or self-directed IRA's in real estate.  I have earned the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  Other awards incluse the SILVAR life Achhievement Award for consecutive annual recognition in Listing and Sales Production.

I have listed and sold six properties with Denise. We first met her when she brought a Buyer to our first home. Watching the way she handled and extremely complex situation and the care she showed for her client (the Buyer of our home) convinved us that she should be our Realtor from that point on!    LV, Los Altos
