My primary focus is the people I serve. So many of my clients are repeat clients or referrals.
Buying and selling a home is a cumbersome and emotional experience for many people. I simplify it. My clients should always feel they had a good experience and can relax knowing everything was handled professionally.
The process begins with a relationship - there has to be a mutual trust so they know I am there to help them in their quest and they in turn are loyal to me. I meet with the client and we determine whether we are a good fit. It can sometimes take months to find the right property, so a good rapport is key to our success. When we find the right home and close the deal, the excitement is my greatest reward.
This is a challenging business. To last for 22 years, one has to love it!
